Our take in 30 seconds
BurnTide is a simple apple cider vinegar gummy with a clear 60-day guarantee and no subscription. The sales page promises much more than one 250 mg ingredient can show. If you want an easy vinegar habit, it may suit you. If you expect real weight loss on its own, the evidence does not support that.

Check 2 · Ingredients
What the BurnTide label actually says
Each gummy lists 250 mg of apple cider vinegar, 6 calories and 1.5 g of sugar. The other ingredients are cane sugar, glucose syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavor, natural coloring and starch.
Fine print: older listings of BurnTide describe a different formula, with a blend of vinegar and BHB salts. The formula seems to have changed. Check the label on the bottle you receive.
Check 3 · Evidence
Does apple cider vinegar help with weight?
The best-known study, by Kondo and colleagues in 2009, gave Japanese adults with obesity 15 to 30 ml of liquid vinegar a day for 12 weeks. They lost a small amount of weight, around 1 to 2 kg, compared with placebo.
BurnTide does not say how much acetic acid (the active part of vinegar) its gummy contains, so it cannot be compared directly with that study. There is no published study on the BurnTide gummy itself. Some studies cited on the sales page are about BHB and ketogenic diets, which are not on the current label.

Refund, subscription and seller
- 60 days from the order date, not from delivery. After that, no refund.
- Returns go to a PO Box in Ogden, Utah. You send a note with your order ID, name, address, email and phone.
- The policy contradicts itself: one part says send back all bottles, even empty ones; another says only unused bottles in perfect condition. Ask support in writing before you return.
- It does not say whether shipping costs are refunded.
- One-time payment. The brand says there are no subscriptions or automatic re-bills.
- “Made in an FDA-registered facility” means the factory is registered. It does not mean the product is FDA approved.
- Support listed on the label: support@healthyconsumer.us · +1 (833) 923-7829
Who it may suit, and who should skip it

- You expect weight loss from the gummy alone.
- You are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or have a medical condition, as the label itself warns.
- You take medication for blood sugar.
BurnTide FAQ
Is BurnTide legit or a scam?
It is a real product sold by a US distributor, with a stated 60-day refund. The marketing overstates what one ingredient can do, and the refund rules are unclear. Read them before you order.
How many gummies are in one bottle?
30 gummies, one a day, so one bottle lasts a month.
Is BurnTide FDA approved?
No. Dietary supplements are not FDA approved. The brand says it is made in an FDA-registered facility, which is a different thing.
Is there a subscription?
The official page says no: one-time payment, no automatic re-bills.
